An American health company found our company and sent their CEO and production director to meet with us. They presented us with special requirements for a production line. After some back and forth communication, we designed the GD300QQ fully automatic gummy production line specifically for them. The production line is produced using 304 and 316 stainless steel and its electrical equipment is all supplied by trusted brands such as Siemens. This production line is equipped with an automatic weighing system and automatic CIP device to maximize efficiency. The capacity of the line can reach up to 300kg/h.

We made an equipment list based on the samples provided by the customer’s agent. The coasting part of the production line would consist of a 500L chocolate fine grinding machine, 500L chocolate stock tank, and chocolate coating machine. The wafer manufacturing section of the production line would feature an egg beating machine, material feeder, forming machine, wafer cutting machine, and cream spreading device. Siemens supplies the motor and electrical components of the equipment.
After confirmation, we put the equipment into production and invited the customer to our factory. They were satisfied and we shipped the equipment along with installation guidance videos as they did not need on-site installation services. The customer returned to tell us that their production line was running smoothly and that they were looking to purchase a second production line to expand their mass production capabilities.

This customer was an Egyptian company looking for equipment to produce toffee candies. Their factory was not established at the time of their visit in 2015, but they provided us with samples two years later. We showed them our toffee candy production line that included an automatic weighing system, high speed toffee candy cooking machine, cooling steel belt, candy pulling machine, extruder, rope sizer, high speed forming machine, and a refrigerated cooler.
The customer was satisfied with the candy production line and they purchased another depositing machine with a capacity up to 450 kg/h.
