2. This customer is a US-based trading company specializing in the import of various confectionery products. Due to fluctuations in import prices, tariffs, and ocean freight costs, the company decided in 2024 to establish a local confectionery production facility in the United States. After visiting our factory and conducting on-site inspections of the equipment, the customer placed an order for a GD600 series hard candy production line with UL certification.

2. The two parties first met at an industry exhibition in 2023. In 2024, the customer contacted us with plans to enter the popping boba products segment. Based on the customer’s production requirements, we customized a complete solution including a popping boba production line, sterilization line, and packaging line. Our engineers were dispatched to the customer’s factory to carry out equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training, ensuring a smooth project start-up.

2. This popcorn manufacturer produces a wide range of flavored popcorn products, and their products are highly regarded in the US market and have received multiple industry awards. In 2024, they contacted us with the intention of expanding their production capacity to meet growing market demand. Based on the customer’s requirements, we customized a dedicated popcorn production line and arranged engineers to assist with on-site installation and provide operational training for the customer’s staff.

2. A pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh is planning to enter the production of functional gummies. This customer required a fully automatic gummy production line that complies with pharmaceutical machinery standards based on their target products. We provided a complete turnkey gummy production solution for them, including a raw material handling system, flavor and color mixing system, depositing system, cooling and demolding system, drying system, sugar-coating system, packaging system, and CIP cleaning system.

2. A traditional candy distributor located in Iraq had been selling finished confectionery products for many years. With intensifying market competition and increasingly diversified customer demand, the company sought to enhance product uniqueness, control production costs, and shorten supply cycles. The company decided to introduce our fully automatic marshmallow production line, transforming from a pure distributor into an integrated manufacturer and seller.

2. This customer is based in the US and began gummy production in 2024, focusing on food-grade gummies and vitamin- and health-related gummies. To date, the customer has purchased three different models of fully automatic pectin and gelatin gummy production lines. In 2025, to further improve product quality, they added vacuum-cooking equipment, resulting in greater transparency, smoother texture, and extended shelf life. In accordance with the customer’s requirements, we provided formulation guidance, process support, and customized technical services, and received positive feedback.

2. An American health company found our company and sent their CEO and production director to meet with us. They presented us with special requirements for a production line. After some back and forth communication, we designed the GD300QQ fully automatic gummy production line specifically for them. The production line is produced using 304 and 316 stainless steel and its electrical equipment is all supplied by trusted brands such as Siemens. This production line is equipped with an automatic weighing system and automatic CIP device to maximize efficiency. The capacity of the line can reach up to 300kg/h.

2. We made an equipment list based on the samples provided by the customer’s agent. The coasting part of the production line would consist of a 500L chocolate fine grinding machine, 500L chocolate stock tank, and chocolate coating machine. The wafer manufacturing section of the production line would feature an egg beating machine, material feeder, forming machine, wafer cutting machine, and cream spreading device. Siemens supplies the motor and electrical components of the equipment.
  After confirmation, we put the equipment into production and invited the customer to our factory. They were satisfied and we shipped the equipment along with installation guidance videos as they did not need on-site installation services. The customer returned to tell us that their production line was running smoothly and that they were looking to purchase a second production line to expand their mass production capabilities.

2. This customer was an Egyptian company looking for equipment to produce toffee candies. Their factory was not established at the time of their visit in 2015, but they provided us with samples two years later. We showed them our toffee candy production line that included an automatic weighing system, high speed toffee candy cooking machine, cooling steel belt, candy pulling machine, extruder, rope sizer, high speed forming machine, and a refrigerated cooler.
  The customer was satisfied with the candy production line and they purchased another depositing machine with a capacity up to 450 kg/h.

2. This large customer purchased a hard candy production line from TG Machine five years ago. They were so happy with the performance of that line that they came to us again as they were looking to expand into biscuit production.The customer paid our company a visit and brought with them biscuit samples. They showed us their factory’s floor plan. We provided a quote for the production line and drew up a plan.
