Our fully automatic dorayaki production line is designed for medium-to-large food factories, baking centers, and central kitchens. The line accurately reproduces traditional handmade dorayaki baking techniques. Through precise temperature control and stable automated operation, it enables continuous, large-scale production while ensuring golden appearance, soft texture, consistent taste, and stable product quality.
The complete process includes automatic batter depositing, copper plate baking, automatic flipping, high-precision filling injection, sandwiching and pressing, followed by cooling conveyor transport. All processes are seamlessly integrated to significantly improve production efficiency and reduce manual labor dependency.
