A planetary mixer is used to thoroughly mix flour, sugar, oils and fats, eggs, and other ingredients into batter or dough. The mixer ensures uniform mixing without unmixed areas, providing a solid foundation for consistent product quality.

Automatically feeds baking trays into the forming machine in a continuous and orderly manner, ensuring product consistency and reducing manual labor.

The tray loading system is compatible with standard trays, flat trays, and cake trays.

The cookie and cake forming machine accurately deposits batter onto trays, supporting multiple forming methods such as extrusion, wire cutting, and pattern depositing. Interchangeable molds allow different product shapes, while automatic tray positioning ensures consistent size and layout.

Used for temporary storage and organized stacking of trays, providing a buffer between processes and ensuring continuous production flow.

The oven uses hot air circulation and precise temperature control (±1°C) to ensure uniform baking. It plays a critical role in achieving consistent color, texture, and product doneness.

This automatic cake production line is designed for large-scale baking operations and is capable of producing a wide range of products, including brownies and jam-filled cupcakes. The standard production capacity is 500–1000 kg/h and can be customized to meet specific process requirements.
