Candy Production Line in Egypt

This customer from Egypt had no prior experience in candy manufacturing. With rapidly growing demand in the local snack market, the company identified market opportunities in die-formed lollipops and hard candies and decided to establish its own production facility.

In 2024, after several rounds of on-site evaluations and equipment performance comparisons, the customer partnered with us and purchased four complete candy production lines in a single order. The main products include die-formed lollipops and hard candies.

The candy production lines are equipped with key systems such as a continuous cooking system, cooling table, batch roller (with temperature control), rope sizer, high-speed forming machine, cooling tunnel, and fully automatic packaging machine. These systems cover the entire process from syrup cooking, forming, cooling, and shaping to finished product packaging.

To address the customer’s lack of production experience, we provided a comprehensive one-stop solution, including plant layout design, equipment installation and commissioning, operator training, and process optimization support, with our technical team involved throughout all stages.

After commissioning, both production capacity and product quality exceeded expectations. The customer expressed high satisfaction with the equipment stability, automation level, and full-process support, and has indicated plans for future capacity expansion and continued cooperation.
