The automatic gummy candy counting packaging line is designed for bottled gummy products, covering an area of approximately 9m×3m. It provides a compact and efficient solution that automates the entire process from bottle unscrambling, counting, filling, sealing, and labeling.
The candy packaging system includes a bottle unscrambler, bucket elevator, electronic counting machine (candy counting system), cap feeder, capping machine, induction sealing machine, labeling machine, and finished product collection table. All equipment is seamlessly integrated to ensure stable, continuous production with high accuracy and intelligent control, making it suitable for medium- to large-scale operations.

Ensures stable and continuous feeding of gummy products into the counting system while minimizing compression and product damage.
Gummy products are evenly distributed into channels, where photoelectric sensors accurately count and dispense products into bottles in preset quantities.
The rotary capping system performs automatic bottle feeding, cap sorting, cap feeding, cap placement, cap pressing, torque-controlled capping, and automatic bottle discharge.
The transmission system is enclosed within the machine housing to prevent product contamination caused by mechanical wear. All product-contact parts are finished with high-precision polishing to meet hygiene standards. The machine is equipped with safety features such as an automatic stop when no cap or bottle is detected, and automatic operation when both are in place.
Uses electromagnetic induction heating to seal aluminum foil liners onto bottle openings, ensuring secure and airtight sealing.
The jelly candy starch mogul line is designed for producing starch jelly candy. It is PLC controlled and features a maximum capacity of 400 to 800kg/hour.
The gummy candy depositing production line is designed to manufacture gummy candy in a variety of shapes. It is PLC controlled and features a maximum capacity of 600kg/hour.
