Automatic Gummy Candy Counting Packaging Line

The automatic gummy candy counting packaging line is designed for bottled gummy products, covering an area of approximately 9m×3m. It provides a compact and efficient solution that automates the entire process from bottle unscrambling, counting, filling, sealing, and labeling.

The candy packaging system includes a bottle unscrambler, bucket elevator, electronic counting machine (candy counting system), cap feeder, capping machine, induction sealing machine, labeling machine, and finished product collection table. All equipment is seamlessly integrated to ensure stable, continuous production with high accuracy and intelligent control, making it suitable for medium- to large-scale operations.

All product-contact parts are finished with high-precision polishing to meet hygiene standards. The machine is equipped with safety features such as an automatic stop when no cap or bottle is detected, and automatic operation when both are in place.
